Greetings!
House Check of Port St. Lucie, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fifth year.
During his 20-year career in information technology, project management and consulting, owner Tom Hanson learned the value of honesty, integrity, dependability, and providing exceptional client service. He brings those skills with him to House Check. Tom left the corporate world in 2003 to begin a second career as a real-estate professional and entrepreneur and hasn’t looked back. After seven years as a top-producing residential real estate agent in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, Tom realized his lifelong dream of living in paradise by relocating to Port St. Lucie in 2010.
Tom began watching homes for his friends, neighbors, and relatives who were away for the season or extended periods of time, and that led him to the idea of creating a full-time business in the Home Watch industry. Having participated in hundreds of home inspections while in real estate, Tom knows what to look for when checking on a homeowner’s property.
House Check provides comprehensive services for seasonal residents. Due to the humidity and severe weather they experience during Florida summers, weekly property checks are highly recommended.
