Greetings!
House Check of Port St. Lucie, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the third year.
During his 20-year career in information technology, project management and consulting, owner Tom Hanson learned the value of honesty, integrity, dependability, and providing exceptional client service; he brings those skills with him to House Check. He left the corporate world in 2003 to begin a second career as a real-estate professional and entrepreneur and hasn’t looked back. After seven years as a top-producing residential real estate agent in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, Tom realized his lifelong dream of living in paradise by relocating to Port St. Lucie in 2010. He began watching homes for his friends, neighbors and relatives who were away for the season or extended periods of time, and that led him to the idea of creating a full-time business in the Home Watch industry. Having participated in hundreds of home inspections while in real estate, he knows what to look for when checking on a homeowner’s property. So, when Bridget and Bill Redeker of House Check International decided to sell their business and move to the western US to start a family, they all agreed that Tom would be the perfect person to take over the business.
House Check provides comprehensive services for seasonal residents. Due to the humidity and severe weather they experience during Florida summers, weekly property checks are highly recommended. House Check’s weekly property checks ensure that water intrusion, mold, mildew, insect infestation, animal intrusion, weather damage, electrical, plumbing, pool, and air conditioning issues are identified and remedied by licensed contractors in a timely fashion. In addition, their full line of concierge services provides their clients with peace of mind that their home will be clean, ready, and stocked for their arrival.
House Check serves St. Lucie and Martin Counties. You can reach Tom at (772) 882-3200 or at tom@housecheckfl.com. Learn more by visiting his website at www.housecheckfl.com.
Welcome, Tom!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack
