There are approximately 2,000 homes there, and many are second or
investment properties. These homes are left vacant much of the year until
the “season” arrives, and then the population swells with snowbirds.

one of the elevators was out of commission for months due to a prolonged water
leak in a vacant unit. It flooded the elevator shaft, and there was a

and Ed decided to offer their services and started House Watch & More.
They knew that there was a need in their community for an experienced,
reliable, on-site professional company to assist their absentee neighbors in
monitoring the condition of their Florida possessions.
Ed owned a construction
company for over 30 years and decided he wanted a change. Faith’s background
is banking, and she had recently started a website promoting their community.
