Greetings and salutations!
Hudnall’s Home Check Services of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the fourth consecutive year.
Ron Hudnall has lived in Fort Myers since 1960 and is a 28-year veteran of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, where he served as a Road Patrol Deputy, K-9 Handler, Supervisor, and School Resource Officer. He also spent several years in the Crime Prevention Unit, where he educated homeowners on home security and Neighborhood Watch programs. Ron has been recognized for his contributions to the community and has received many awards, including the Combat Cross, Florida’s Crime Practitioner of the Year Award, Distinguished Tenure Award, State of Florida K-9 Apprehension of the Year, and Life Achievement Award. He is a graduate of Fort Myers High School and attended Edison Community College before starting at the Sheriff’s Office.
Nancy Hudnall is a long-time resident of Lee County who moved from Long Island, NY, to Florida in 1972. She graduated from Cape Coral High School, did administrative work, and then went to work as a 911 Operator and Dispatcher for six years at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, where she and Ron met.
Nancy and Ron started their Home Watch business because many of Nancy’s real estate clients purchased second homes and needed someone to watch them and handle any issues that arose.
Nancy and Ron have been married since 1986 and are the proud parents of Patrick, who is a Stage Lighting Engineer based in Fort Myers. We’ve had the pleasure of their company at the last three NHWA Annual North American Conferences.
Hudnall’s Home Check Services serves Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Estero, Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Beach. You can reach them at (239) 936-1890 or at hudnalls@comcast.net. Learn more at www.hudnallshomecheck.com.
Congratulations, Nancy and Ron!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack
