Hudson Valley Home Watch of Cortlandt Manor, NY, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Brian Teichman

Hudson Valley Home Watch of Cortlandt Manor, New York, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owner Brian Teichman was born and raised in Westchester County, in the Town of Cortlandt Manor, and he still lives there. He is the third generation in construction. Brian has worked with his family in their construction company for the last 30 years, alongside his father and brother. They build homes from the ground up and also do additions, alterations, and renovations. Brian is a very detail-oriented, trustworthy, and reliable person who has always put his clients’ interests first.

After seeing the need from his clients over the years, Brian decided to start up Hudson Valley Home Watch.

In his free time, Brian is building and working on classic cars, out on his boat on the Hudson River, or Upstate, snowmobiling and spending time with family and friends.

It was very nice to meet Brian at the NHWA’s 2022 North American Conference in October.

Hudson Valley Home Watch serves Westchester and Putnam Counties, including Bedford, Cortlandt, Lewisboro, Mamaroneck, New Castle, Pound Ridge, Scarsdale, Philipstown, Putnam Valley, and Southeast. You can reach Brian at (914) 528-0423 or (914) 222-2985. Email him at, and learn more from his website, at

Welcome, Brian!

As always, I wish you

Much success,
