Co-Managers Lori Okulove and Patricia “Pat” Sielski are retired police officers. A woman-owned company, Integrity Home Check is a reliable and trustworthy Home Watch service that helps make sure their clients’ homes are looked after when they are away.
Using the training and experience from their past and present careers, Lorie and Pat have set the bar higher for the Home Watch industry. Pat is also a Realtor, so she understands the importance of maintain a property, especially while the owner can’t. Whether a “snowbird” or just on vacation, home owners can be assured the house is being taken care of.
Each and every person, property, and situation is unique. Lorie and Pat sit down with customers to listen to their wants and needs to customize the best service possible. Integrity Home Check provides help in three areas: basic routine home checks, hurricane/tropical storm services and concierge services.
Lorie retired from her law-enforcement career after almost 24 years of service. Being retired never stopped her desire to help others. So anytime her neighbors went away from home for a while, Lorie helped out by checking on their homes. Her attention to detail and sense of responsibility impressed everyone, and it kept her busy. She realized she could take her desire and ability to be of service and build a business out of it. Lorie spends time golfing, kickboxing, and bringing to dog to agility training.
After retirement from law enforcement, Pat wanted to keep busy, so she picked real estate as her next career. She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Economics, and then moved to Northern California, where she worked as an accountant before busting into television and video production as a sound tech. In that capacity, Pat worked on several HGTV-DY productions. So now, in addition to her real estate career, Pat is helping Lorie to help others. Pat golfs, runs and bikes, but she prefers the pace of Tai Chi to kickboxing.
