Island Estates Home Watch of Clearwater Beach, Florida, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Greetings!

Island Estates Home Watch of Clearwater Beach, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Father-and-son team Timothy and Adam Minneci have a significant history in the fire, safety and security industries. They established Island Estates Home Watch knowing they could transition their knowledge into a Home Watch service.

Tim has been an owner/operator of multiple companies over the last 32 years, including as a regional provider of fire and security products to commercial and residential customers through the Northeastern U.S. His company was acquired by Kiddle PLC.

Most recently, Tim was a managing partner in a firm focused on advising business owners on buying and/or selling their businesses. Tim is a licensed Financial Industry Regulatory Agency registered representative, holding various certifications. He has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Engineering.

Adam has worked in various positions in his family’s businesses, written copy for advertising firms, and owned a freelance script-editing business, supporting a number of studios and writing companies in Los Angeles and throughout the U.S. He is a graduate of Hofstra University and attended a Jesuit prep school in New York.

Adam has earned the NHWA’s Certified Home Watch Professional designation.
