Island Overlook Home Watch Services of Middletown, RI, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Island Overlook Home Watch Services of Middletown, Rhode Island, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Owner Kevin Buck moved to Newport as a young child. He has seen the area grow into one of the most sought-after travel destinations and desirable places to own a home. As a local homeowner for more than 30 years, Kevin is very connected to the community and recognizes the needs and concerns of homeowners. Additionally, as the owner-manager of a 39,000- square-foot, multi-purpose health club in the area during that same period of time, he acquired the skills and resources to maintain a facility of any size, safely and properly.

Through his years at the club, Kevin met many seasonal and year-round residents seeking recommendations for service providers and advice on general property and pool maintenance. Upon selling the health club in 2018, Kevin decided to combine his personal passion for home and property care, professional experience, and community knowledge to begin a Home Watch business.
