J&M Home Management is a women-owned company that offers comprehensive Home Watch and concierge services for the Tampa Bay area. Partners Jennifer Frost and Megan Brown, both with strong backgrounds in logistics and project management, manage the company.

Jennifer has worked for the world’s largest provider of live family entertainment for over 15 years, managing the logistics necessary for moving complex touring shows around the globe. Handling the details for such complicated events has provided her with unique experience that has now translated successfully to the home management industry. J&M Home Management clients benefit from Jennifer’s incredible attention to detail and experience with handling multiple vendors to ensure the success of both domestic and international events.

Likewise, Megan’s background in project management for the globe’s largest strategy and technology consulting firm has given her the experience to take large, intricate projects and complete them, utilizing precise, manageable steps. Her strengths are in consultative planning that makes the complex, simple.
