JMP Home Watch and Handyman of Yarmouth Port, MA, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!

John and Sara Potts
Greetings!
JMP Home Watch and Handyman of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.
Owner John Potts has more than a decade of experience in maintaining and monitoring properties, from single-family homes to a 100-acre camp.
As the facilities foreman from 2010 to 2020 for a Cape Cod summer camp beloved by locals and tourists alike, John managed a team of year-round and seasonal employees to maintain and monitor more than 100 buildings on 100 acres, split between three properties. During the nine-month off-season, John was responsible for “Home Watch” of all 100-plus buildings.
Starting in 2018, John expanded his services to include monitoring homes and other facilities throughout the Cape Cod area. He conducts visual interior and exterior property inspections, and, if repairs are needed, John can draw on his own skills as well as his relationships with other local vendors to resolve any issues that arise.
John has working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, snow removal, fire and life safety, plumbing, welding and metal work, security, painting, small engine repair, landscaping, preventative maintenance, and sewer and septic systems. He holds a Class 2B hydraulic license. John’s wife, Sara, handles the business’s administration, including insurance and bookkeeping.
John holds a BA in Studio Art and Design from Emmanuel College. Sara holds a BA in both Art Therapy and Psychology from Emmanuel College, and an MA in Clinical Psychology from UMass Dartmouth. They are the proud parents of two sons and a daughter and enjoy spending time with the family outdoors.
JMP Home Watch and Handyman serves Brewster, Chatham, Harwich, Orleans, Dennis, and Yarmouth. You can reach them at (617) 365-3478 or at jmphwhm@gmail.com. Learn more at their website, https://jmp-home-watch-and-handyman.business.site.
