Lake Gaston Concierge of Henrico, North Carolina, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.
Being able to see the need for Home Watch from a different perspective is what makes Wayne Brown’s Lake Gaston Concierge unique. Because his entire professional career has been in insurance–from risk management assessment to his roles as agent and agency manager–Wayne understands how every little detail impacts the safety and security of a home or property and how they can be affected.
Prior to Wayne and his wife, Cindy, buying a second home on the northeastern side of Lake Gaston in 2002 to use as a vacation home, Wayne serviced accounts all over eastern and coastal North Carolina. The need for Home Watch there was obvious, due to the harsh effects of the ocean and the storms that punished coastal homes. So, when Wayne and Cindy moved to Lake Gaston permanently in 2013, the seed for Home Watch had already been firmly planted. After watching over a few homes for friends for a while, the decision was made to open Lake Gaston Concierge.
Lake Gaston Concierge provides property and house checks for second homes, vacation homes, and rental properties. They assess the problems, consult with the owner, and serve as the local contact and representative with any vendors or contractors that may be needed. Peace of mind for the homeowner is the goal.
