Greetings and salutations!
Las Vegas Home Watchers of Las Vegas, NV, has earned sixth-year Accredited Member status in the NHWA!
Owners Lisa and Gary Hawton have owned the company since 2015.
Lisa was previously a court reporter and an administrative assistant. She is well versed in supporting demands of all sorts. As she dealt primarily with lawyers, can be patient and deal with tough situations easily. Lisa is looking forward to continuing her legacy of top-notch customer service.
Gary has spent his career in the software industry in consulting roles, and he uses that experience in his customer service. He had his own consulting and software business for the construction industry for a number of years and most recently worked with Fortune 100 companies, dealing with a number of their IT-related issues, focusing primarily on the Office of Finance.
The combination of Lisa’s customer service skills and Gary’s software automation skills have given Las Vegas Home Watchers the foundation to grow from its customer base when they took over last year.
We had the pleasure of meeting Lisa and Gary last September at the NHWA’s Third Annual North American Conference in Myrtle Beach, SC.
