Lemon Bay Home Watch of Englewood, FL, earns fourth-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Owner Jim Campbell served for 27 years as a dedicated firefighter/paramedic and 11 years as Lieutenant for the Warwick Fire Department in Rhode Island. He worked the last three years of his career in the Special Hazards Unit, a heavy-rescue team with specialized equipment and tools. He also held certifications as Hazardous Materials Technician, Rescue Scuba Diver, and Cardiac EMT. For each call they responded to, Jim and his team would mitigate the situation to bring the safest and best result required to ease the present danger. His working knowledge of homes and building construction is extensive. Jim now resides in Englewood year-round.
Jim is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts him into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Jim’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys fishing, hiking, boating, paddle-boarding, and spending time with his two children and granddaughter.
