Lemon Bay Home Watch of Englewood, FL, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Greetings!

Lemon Bay Home Watch of Englewood, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Owner Jim Campbell served for 27 years as a dedicated firefighter/paramedic and 11 years as Lieutenant for the Warwick Fire Department in Rhode Island. He worked the last three years of his career in the Special Hazards Unit, a heavy-rescue team with specialized equipment and tools. He also held certifications as Hazardous Materials Technician, Rescue Scuba Diver, and Cardiac EMT. For each call they responded to, Jim and his team would mitigate the situation to bring the safest and best result required to ease the present danger. His working knowledge of homes and building construction is extensive. Jim now resides in Englewood year-round. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, boating, paddle-boarding, and spending time with his two children and granddaughter.

Bonnie Allen grew up on the shoreline area of Connecticut and eventually settled in Mystic, where she had a small cleaning business and was a trusted caretaker for homes while residents were away. Prior to that, she was in the dental and medical fields for many years in bookkeeping and office management. Bonnie has a Bachelor’s degree from Lyme Academy of Fine Art in Sculpture and is passionate about working on art projects. She has a keen eye for detail, which was enhanced by her training. She moved to Florida in 2018 to escape the cold weather. Bonnie is also a Somaveda Thai Yoga practitioner. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, photography, bird watching, and spending time with her three daughters and grandchildren.

Jim and Bonnie have both earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional and are graduates of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, putting them among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Jim’s and Bonnie’s commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.
