Lincoln County Cabin Watch of Ruidoso and Alto, New Mexico, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the third consecutive year.

Owners Cody Charlson and Marisa Sanchez started Lincoln County Cabin Watch to provide vacation home owners a reliable, trustworthy company capable of aiding them in the full-time needs of their home. They are lifelong residents of Lincoln County and are proud to be raising their family there. A combination of hard work, attention to detail, and a professional attitude in everything they do has led them to stand out as an exceptional business in their area. Referrals from clients and other local businesses have allowed Lincoln County Cabin Watch to develop a reputation of honesty and integrity.

Cody and Marisa are very motivated to operate a business in their home town and pass the entrepreneurial spirit on to their children: Jaydin, Josiah, and Jazlynn. They are involved in their community’s youth sports programs and volunteer time in the school system. The family enjoys outdoor activities, motor sports, and spending time with extended family.
