Greetings!
Lincoln Property Services of Lake Worth, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year.
Richard Keehfus and his wife, Michelle, began Lincoln Property Services because they are both licensed insurance agents in the State of Florida. And being in the insurance industry opened their eyes to the types and amount of homeowner insurance claims being denied because properties are not properly monitored in the absence of the homeowners. So, an important part of Lincoln Property Services is their mission to educate their clients to the dangers their homes could face when left unmonitored.
Richard brings 19 years of professional management, sales, and customer service experience to Lincoln Property Services. A native of Maryland, he started his Florida career working in real estate as a licensed real estate appraiser. Richard then became a property manager and district trainer for the third-largest storage company in the United States. Most recently he has worked as a licensed insurance agent.
As a former licensed real estate appraiser and current insurance agents, Richard and Michelle understand the valuation of a home and how important the visual inspection process is to a home’s value. They are trained in identifying and addressing costly issues, while implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
Lincoln Property Services serves Palm Beach County. Richard can be reached at (561) 628-9168 or richard@LincolnPropertyServices.net. Learn more at www.LincolnPropertyServices.net.
Congratulations, Richard and Michelle!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack
