Lock & Leave Home Watch of Queen Creek, AZ, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Cameron Palmer and Tyler Hobbs

Greetings!

Lock & Leave Home Watch of Queen Creek, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Partner Tyler Hobbs is an Arizona native with 18 years’ experience in the home service industry. He holds the coveted Master Water Restorer Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. In 2008, Tyler started a local flood restoration company that quickly grew into a large share of the Arizona market and then expanded into the Colorado and Texas markets. Shortly after the expansion, his company was acquired by a regional/national firm, and since then he has consulted for local flood restoration companies. Tyler is also AIM C 3D Matterport certified, offering 3D property scanning services to the real estate and flood restoration industries.

Partner Cameron Palmer is also an Arizona native with over 10 years’ experience in the valuation industry. He specializes in multi-family assets and has inspected thousands of units as part of his assignments, which total over $1B in valuations annually. Prior to that, Cameron worked in various roles for construction and sales companies and excelled in his sales career, consistently being a top performer at his prior company.

In 2022, Tyler and Cameron started Lock & Leave Home Watch and are excited to utilize their previous experience for the benefit of their clients. They understand how costly mold or similar damage can be and how to identify and mitigate potential issues. They also know how expensive deferred maintenance can be and the impact it could have on a home’s value.

Both Tyler and Cameron are graduates of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts them into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify their commitment to Home Watch excellence.

Tyler lives in Queen Creek with his wife, Jessica, and their adorable daughter, Hazel. Cameron lives in Maricopa with his wife, Cara, and their four children.

We met Tyler and Cameron at the NHWA’s 2022 North American Conference in October.

Lock & Leave Home Watch serves Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Sun Lakes, Chandler, Ahwatukee, and Maricopa. You can reach them at (602) 898-3518 or at info@lockandleavehomewatch.com. Their website is coming soon, at https://lockandleavehomewatch.com.

Welcome, Tyler and Cameron!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber
