Lock & Leave Home Watch of Queen Creek, AZ, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Tyler and Jessica Hobbs

Lock & Leave Home Watch of Queen Creek, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Tyler Hobbs is an Arizona native with 18 years’ experience in the home service industry. He holds the coveted Master Water Restorer Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. In 2008, Tyler started a local flood restoration company that quickly grew into a large share of the Arizona market and then expanded into the Colorado and Texas markets. Shortly after expanding, his company was acquired by a regional/national firm, and since then he has consulted for local flood restoration companies. Tyler is also certified to offer 3D property scanning services to the real estate and flood restoration industries.

In 2022, Tyler started Lock & Leave Home Watch and is excited to utilize his experience in flood restoration for the benefit of his clients. He understands how costly mold or similar damage can be and how to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Tyler is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places him in the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Tyler’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.

Tyler’s wife, Jessica, has spent much of her life in Arizona’s East Valley. Prior to Arizona, her family came from Michigan. Jessica has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and uses her education and background to help local businesses with their bookkeeping, human resources, and administrative duties. Currently, Jessica is working for a door and trim company for new builds. She has a background in exterior hardscapes and pool building, where she spent close to a decade watching backyard paradises come to life. Jessica brings her knowledge of home building and backyard design to her clients. Her background has allowed her to build relationships and connections with many local businesses.

Tyler and Jessica see the need to alleviate the burden on homeowners of relying on uninsured and unlicensed individuals to be responsible for the care of their home for weeks or months at a time, increasing the risk of damage to the home. Tyler and Jessica look forward to relieving the homeowner of worries when their home is in Lock & Leave’s care.

Tyler and Jessica live in Queen Creek with their daughter, Hazel.
