Greetings!
Mermaid Home Watch of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Yvonne Ravenelle was raised in New Jersey, but she had been coming down to Bonita Springs for 22 years to visit her parents. Over the years, she has witnessed the growth of this highly desirable area. In 2013, Yvonne made Bonita Springs her permanent home.
Yvonne has her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a licensed Florida Realtor. She worked in Corporate Relocation for 18 years. Yvonne was also a property manager for people going overseas on short-term assignments, lasting approximately three to five years. While they were away, she would find tenants for their homes and manage their property, including coordinating repairs, cleaning, and maintenance.
As a Realtor, home buyers would ask Yvonne whether she knew of a reliable Home Watch company to watch their vacation/investment property. Based on these needs and her background, Yvonne started Mermaid Home Watch, an all-female company.
Yvonne has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Yvonne’s commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
Yvonne lives with her best friend—her mom—and her rescue dog, DeeDee. She enjoys meeting friends at the beach or at one of the many local restaurants, venues, or shopping centers, and of course, the festivals!
