My Home Watch of Corpus Christi, Texas, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owner Rosana Knapick turned her passion for the beach and helping others into a business that has been serving her clients with Home Watch services since 2012. She has made a strong commitment to making sure that her clients’ needs are at the forefront of all she does. In turn, Rosana’s clients have come to entrust her with every detail of their home and are fully assured that their home away from home will be well taken care of.

Rosana was there before and right after Hurricane Harvey when it hit Port Aransas in 2017, taking care of her clients’ properties and making sure everything was secure, damage was documented, and constant communication with the owner was maintained. She sees this as not just a business transaction, but a relational one as well that her clients truly appreciate. They have told Rosana many times that everyone who owns a second home in Port Aransas, Corpus Christi, or Padre Island should use her services, since they are second to none.
