Naples Area Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Owner Steve Hartmann and his wife, Sue, have witnessed the problems that wind, water, mold, and lack of power can cause. This prompted them to open their own Home Watch business so homeowners have peace of mind knowing that their Naples property will be carefully monitored and every issue dealt with in a timely manner. When regular Home Watch visits are performed, there is considerably less chance of a problem or issue turning into a major incident.
Steve has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Steve’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
Steve and Sue’s goal and guiding principle is, “Treating your home…like it is our own.”
