Greetings!
Naples Area Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.
Steve Hartmann grew up in the Chicago, Illinois, area. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from Benedictine University. Steve spent over 30 years in the Information Technology sector, working as a consultant, programmer analyst, systems analyst, and project manager. His areas of expertise included business analysis, application design and programming, application testing, quality control, and project management. He has worked for software, consulting, manufacturing, service and home-building companies, and he moved to Florida to pursue a new career in the Home Watch industry.
Steve’s wife, Sue, spent many years in the mortgage industry and 18 years as an office manager in the Chicago suburbs.
Steve and Sue have witnessed the problems that wind, water, mold, and lack of power can cause. This prompted them to open their own Home Watch business so homeowners have peace of mind knowing that their Naples property will be carefully monitored and every issue dealt with in a timely manner. When regular Home Watch visits are performed, there is considerably less chance of a problem or issue turning into a major incident.
Steve has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Steve’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
Steve and Sue’s goal and guiding principle is, “Treating your home…like it is our own.”
