Executive Director

Greetings!

Nautilus Home Management of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Founded by President Bill Payzant in 2010, Nautilus Home Management strives to be the best home management company in the Charleston area. Their goal is to reduce the stress of owning a home in Charleston. With dedicated teams for both custom homebuilding and home management, they ensure their clients have the individual attention they deserve. Nautilus serves new homes to historic ones.

In his free time, Bill enjoys sailing, golf, traveling, and taking advantage of the Lowcountry by spending time at the beach, downtown, or at backyard parties with family and friends.

Nautilus’s Vice President, Phillip Smith, leads the Custom Home Division as the president of Phillip Smith General Contractor. Focusing on quality custom homes and remodeling projects, Phillip has earned a highly respected reputation during his years of building in the Charleston area.

When not working, Phillip is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending his free time on the water in Charleston or in the Bahamas. He is also an active board member for Operation Home, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families stay in their homes. The organization provides critical repairs, handicap accessibility, and heat- and cold-relief programs to those in need.
