Coastal Ties Home Watch & Concierge of Bonita Springs, FL, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owner Graham Wallerich and his wife, Calli, moved from Minnesota to Bonita Springs in 2019 with a goal not at all unfamiliar to those with a second home: to escape the cold. Graham brings a strong Midwest work ethic, paired with a combined 15 years of customer service as a letter carrier for the USPS and a bartender/taproom manager. Building relationships behind the bar and exposure to seasonal customers voicing their unmet Home Watch needs eventually led to the idea of starting his own Home Watch business.

Graham is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places him into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Graham’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. 

Taking pride in one’s work and doing the job correctly the first time is at the forefront of any task Graham finds himself facing.
