Tod Moran

Peter Jarck
Safe Harbor Home Watch NJ of Rumson, NJ, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Co-owner Tod Moran is a lifelong Monmouth County resident. He was raised in Oceanport and attended Red Bank Catholic and the University of Delaware. Tod worked through his teenage summers as a lifeguard on the beaches of Sea Bright and later moved on to construction. He started out framing houses and quickly worked his way up to site foreman for a general contractor, gaining knowledge in all aspects of home building. Wall Street was then home for 30 years, where Tod excelled in the competitive landscape of commodities trading. The experience working for both a general contractor and Wall Street honed his attention to detail. The idea of starting a property services company was always in the back of Tod’s mind. He first started practicing this passion for Home Watch as a favor to friends and now offers a professional Home Watch Service. Tod remains active in the community, helping by starting a soup kitchen in Asbury Park, coaching youth football, and volunteering with numerous coastal clean-up organizations such as Clean Ocean Action and the Surfrider Foundation.
Co-owner Peter Jarck has been a Monmouth County resident since 2001. He immediately became established in his community, actively serving on the Rumson Board of Education, coaching youth soccer and baseball teams, volunteering during Superstorm Sandy cleanup, and most recently volunteering and serving on the board of Stephy’s Place in Red Bank. It is here, while helping individuals and executing projects, that the idea of a Professional Home Watch Service was born.
Peter graduated from Temple University and earned his MBA from Fordham University. He spent his professional career in finance while continuously working on home maintenance projects as a weekend passion.
