Home Watch Stewards of Minnetonka, Minnesota, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Nate and Amber Boen have been married for more than 23 years and have been serving clients in individual business services and together for over 30 years.
Nate graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1991 and started a career in real estate immediately, finding his niche through serving others. Amber graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1993. Her previous experience includes serving corporate security clients with one corporation and in the communications industry with another. For the last 16 years, Amber has been serving women in the fashion industry, providing styling services tailored to each individual client’s needs.
Nate has done thousands of interior and exterior visual inspections on properties. He has attended over 800 home inspections with his clients over the course of his 30-year real estate career. The Boens’ ownership of vacation/investment properties throughout the last 20 years further qualifies them to understand the ins-and-outs of how to oversee properties. Nate and Amber see the added value of providing an accredited, insured, and bonded service to their clients, which is why they joined The National Home Watch Association.
