Luxe Concierge & Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Susan and Armand Procacci have worked in all aspects of the real estate business over the last 25 years. During the real estate downturns, their customers reached out for solutions. Susan and Armand began managing and leasing properties for hundreds of owners. Soon, Realtors from all over and from other brokerage firms were referring their clients to them for leasing and management. Their motto was always, “Customer service and attention to detail,” and their management business boomed into one of the largest in Southwest Florida.
As many homeowners began to retire and use their property only in the winter, they asked Susan and Armand to manage their properties, even though they were no longer leasing. This was the start of Luxe Concierge & Home Watch.
