Coast to Coast Property Watch Services of Ocala, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Vince Arnold decided to get into the Home Watch industry as something he could do to complement his real estate business. As a veteran with 10 years’ experience in property management and more than 24 years as a Realtor, he wanted to create something for his three daughters (ages 24, 15, and 10) to take over one day. As a Realtor, Vince is also a distressed property expert, where he is part of a team handling REOs as the “man in the field” who visits the foreclosure properties first and determines occupancy, repairs, and value.
Vince considered other businesses, but Home Watch seemed to be a perfect fit for him, since he was already doing a lot of the things in his day-to-day business that he’d be doing as a Home Watch professional. Living in Florida, with many seasonal residents and the potential for critters and some nasty storms, Home Watch is a service Vince can provide to give others peace of mind. He is also connecting with brokers and property managers to help assist them in reporting to their clients as well. Vince stresses that he is not limited to homes; he also services businesses, vacant land, RVs, and boats. He prides himself on providing five-star customer service and hopes to continue to expand coast to coast, just like his company name, Coast to Coast Property Watch Services, implies.
