Owners Nikki and Mike Norberg were both born and raised in the picturesque Pacific Northwest, where they raised their family. Nikki is a well-traveled entrepreneur with a passion for design, wellness, and adventure. Her background as a small business owner and in customer service-oriented fields were the sparks that started the idea for Empty Nest Concierge.
Mike’s background in print sales and as a small business owner has helped him develop strong customer service skills essential for a Home Watch business. This background allows him to understand the needs and preferences of clients, effectively communicate with them, and build lasting relationships.
Nikki and Mike’s love for exploring tropical destinations like Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia led them to discover their true desire of living in a warm and sunny climate. Their search for the perfect home brought them to Florida, where they stumbled upon a property that needed some love and attention. While the kitchen was being renovated, Nikki set her sights on creating a lush and exotic jungle garden filled with a variety of fruit trees, a salad garden, and herbs. It was during this time that the idea for Empty Nest Concierge was born.
Drawing from their combined years of experience in having owned small businesses, Nikki and Mike were compelled to start a business that helped their community simplify their lives. Together, they provide top-notch customer service and support to their clients, reflecting their shared values and commitment to making a positive impact in the world.
