Helen Meissner
Office Manager
Helen comes to the NHWA with over 20 years’ experience as an administrative support professional in the education field. Her duties include special projects, research, answering phones, and other administrative duties. Originally from New Jersey, she and her husband relocated to Myrtle Beach to live closer to their children and grandchild.
In addition to spending time with family, in her spare time, Helen enjoys crocheting, knitting, and learning the official dance of South Carolina, the Shag.

Jocelyn Dewey
Administration/Accounting
Jocelyn is a native of NJ, but grew up on the Grand Strand of South Carolina. A graduate of Socastee High School, she graduated from Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC, with a degree in Science. She continued her education at Horry-Georgetown Technical College by earning her degree in Health Science. Jocelyn is an integral part of the NHWA, handling the accounting and other administrative duties. Jocelyn shares her home with Reagan, her Chesapeake Bay Retriever.

Faith Luber
Membership/Publicity
Faith was a legal secretary for many years in Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, California. She moved to Myrtle Beach in 2010. She assisted in the start-up of the NHWA by searching for Home Watch companies across the U.S. and Canada and sending introduction letters. Faith talks to prospective Members, does publicity, and handles some of the administrative duties of the NHWA.
Faith’s passion is singing; she’s performed at various theatrical venues in the Myrtle Beach area. She has a son who is a television producer in Los Angeles.

Cindy Lopez
Administration/Research
When you call the NHWA office, the voice you are most likely to hear on the phone belongs to Cindy Lopez. The newest member of the NHWA team, Cindy speaks with NHWA members while doing follow up calls, administrative duties, and research. Cindy also handles the bulk of research done for our group.
Hailing from New Jersey by way of the Bronx, NY, Cindy was a paralegal for 25 years in central New Jersey, spending 10 of those years as an instructor. Cindy earned her A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Science from Brookdale Community College. She then obtained her B.A. in History from Thomas Edison State University.
Cindy and her husband Chris recently moved their family to Myrtle Beach to enjoy a more laid-back lifestyle. She enjoys the beach, writing, and walks with her rescue dog, Coco.
