Owner Nicolás Sorondo lives in Bluffton with his family. He has been in the construction business for many years and knows what it takes to maintain a home. He works primarily on Hilton Head Island, but he has worked throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry.
In 2021, Nicolás formed his own company, Nico Home Watch, to utilize the skills he has mastered over the years to assist homeowners. For Nicolás, humility, honesty, trustworthiness, and responsibility are most important, so his clients can feel that their homes are in good hands. He is happy to be a member of the NHWA.
