Executive Director

Greetings!

One Call Home Watch of Largo, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the third year.

Owners Jan and Ron Gardner, married for over 30 years, enjoy the beaches, the sunshine and the friendliness of the people living and vacationing in Pinellas County. With over 40 years combined in the real estate and construction industries, they love being of service to others. Since moving to Florida from Michigan several years ago, Jan and Ron began helping their friends and neighbors by watching over their vacation properties while they were away. They soon discovered the many challenges and situations that can occur when a home is left unoccupied and the need for consistent home checks.

After doing some research, Jan and Ron discovered that with their construction, real estate, and service backgrounds, they would be excellent Home Watch professionals. They studied the industry and decided to become accredited with the NHWA. When they decide to do something, Jan and Ron say, they jump in with both feet and give 110%. They opened One Call Home Watch, and they work diligently to be an exceptional Home Watch service.

Jan and Ron enjoy taking care of seasonal residents while they are in the area with their concierge services, as well as when they are away. They pride themselves on being extremely thorough when they are looking after their clients’ valuable property, whether it’s a condo or large estate. Their mission is to give their clients the confidence to relax while they’re away, knowing that trained professionals are watching over their valuable property.

With expert knowledge, honestly and integrity at the core of their business, Jan and Ron will earn your trust at every Home Watch inspection or service. No matter the question, concern or need, they want to be the “One Call” and only call their clients need to make.
