Oro Valley Home Watchers of Oro Valley, AZ, earns fourth-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director
Greetings!
Oro Valley Home Watchers of Oro Valley, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Dave and Michelle Arellano established Oro Valley Home Watchers in 2016 because of their personal experiences while shopping for a home in Oro Valley. They observed that many of the high-end, unoccupied homes that had been on the market for some time had serious problems which were not being adequately addressed, and which affected the marketability of those homes. Dave and Michelle experienced first-hand what it felt like owning a home in Tucson but being in another state for the first few months, worrying about whether the pool was going to turn green or all their plants were going to die before they could get there.
Dave and Michelle determined there was a need for a high-level, professional company in Oro Valley and opened their Home Watch business. They partner with Realtors and other professionals to give their clients an uncompromising focus on professionalism, highly comprehensive inspections, and personalized, responsive service.
Dave and Michelle moved from California to the Tucson Foothills in 2013 and now live in Oro Valley. They own and operate rental homes in the Tucson area and understand what it takes to keep their properties safe, marketable, and secure. Dave and Michelle have developed a network of very qualified handymen, pest-control services, plumbers, landscapers, electricians, and other contractors for when problems arise.
Dave graduated from Sacramento State with a Bachelor’s in Business and a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use. He was a Certified Property Manager, accredited through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and was a licensed Real Estate Broker through the California Department of Real Estate, prior to moving to Arizona. He has over 25 years of residential and commercial property management experience. Michelle is a Certified Health Coach and a retired Registered Nurse, with a BS degree in Nursing from Sacramento State. She has been driven during her career to care for and empathize with others.
Dave and Michelle have been married for over 30 years and have four children. They enjoy hiking, biking, golf, and family dinners.
