Greetings!
Pentagon Watch of Cape Coral, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Owners and operators David Ciarlillo and Mike Dean are both residents of Cape Coral. Over the past few years, I’ve spent with Dave and Mike on my trips to Florida, and I got to catch up with them during my Florida tour in January. Dave and Mike are funny and friendly, and I know that their clients appreciate their personalities when dealing with them from so far away. They bring a lot of experience to Pentagon Watch, assuring “5-sided peace of mind.”
Before devoting his time to Pentagon Watch, Dave served as a property manager in Northeastern Ohio for many years, while operating a successful computer company and serving as a senior network administrator for a large organization.
Mike worked for the fire department for 30 years in Montgomery County, Maryland, before moving to Florida. Once in Florida, he worked for a property management company performing maintenance duties.
Both Dave and Mike have earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional. The CHWP designation shows their commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.
