Greetings!
Pentagon Watch of Cape Coral, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the third year.
Owners and operators David Ciarlillo and Mike Dean are both residents of Cape Coral. Over the last few years, I’ve gotten to spend time with Dave and Mike on my trips to Florida, and we saw them again at the NHWA’s North American Conference in May. They are funny and friendly, and I know that their clients appreciate their personalities when dealing with them from so far away. Dave and Mike bring a lot of experience to Pentagon Watch, assuring “5-sided peace of mind.”
Before devoting his time to Pentagon Watch, Dave served as a property manager in Northeastern Ohio for many years, while operating a successful computer company and serving as a senior network administrator for a large organization.
Mike worked for the fire department for 30 years in Montgomery County, Maryland, before moving to Florida. Once in Florida, he worked for a property management company performing maintenance duties.
Over the last year and a half, Pentagon Watch has grown by leaps and bounds. By working with the NHWA, they were able to expand their client base with the acquisitions of both Crown Concierge™ of Fort Myers and Life Made Easy Home Watch of Cape Coral and welcoming those new clients into their family.
Both Dave and Mike have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional.
