Pentagon Watch of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.
For over 30 years, owner Dean Harney served Mercedes-Benz owners with their service and maintenance needs. He held the highest ranking in customer satisfaction amongst his peers. He has always been told, “Take care of your customers and everything else will fall into place,” and that is the motto that Dean follows. He was also introduced to the plumbing profession while working with his father in his business. This is a skill that has proven to be beneficial many times over.
Dean decided to start his Home Watch business because he loves taking care of customers; he has the skill set, desire, and motivation to operate a successful business. Living in Southwest Florida gives him the opportunity to assist clients that need an honest, reliable, and responsible Home Watch company. Dean keeps his clients’ best interests at heart; he realizes they are of the utmost importance while his clients are away. And during these trying times, Dean knows how to sanitize using the proper products to battle COVID-19.
As a business owner and Home Watch professional, Dean’s personal goal is to ensure that his clients get what they expect and more. He is happy to provide a much-needed service to his community and its Snowbirds alike.
