Owners Vivian and Carlos Martinez understand what’s needed from a Home Watch and concierge company because they, too, have had a busy lifestyle and learned the challenges, complexities, and uncertainties of owing multiple residences first-hand. That’s why they created Premier Home Watch & Concierge with one principal concept: peace of mind. They have structured the company’s services to provide their clients with the peace of mind they need while they’re not home.
Vivian and Carlos appreciate the trust their clients place in them, and they take their responsibilities seriously. They have taken every step possible to ensure they provide best-in-class service, taking pride in using the latest software to provide their clients with real-time information. Every detail of running a professional and reliable business has been meticulously planned out.
Carlos has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Carlos’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
Vivian has earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. She has extensive experience in developing software for the financial industry as a principal in a company she co-founded. Vivian has also managed an outdoor-living construction company and worked as a travel agent. She was responsible for Community Engagement and Volunteer Management at a local food bank.
Carlos has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. He was a Managing Director of Technology at a large bank, leading numerous professionals worldwide. Carlos was a co-founder in a software company specializing in the financial markets. He has experience as a project leader with residential luxury home construction and managed an outdoor-living construction company.
Vivian and Carlos have been married for 35 years. They have been successful partners in various business ventures and enjoy the satisfaction they bring to their clients and sharing their expertise with others. Vivian and Carlos look forward to providing their services and making a difference in their clients’ lives.
