Vivian and Carlos appreciate the trust their clients place in them, and they take their responsibilities seriously. Carlos is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts him into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Carlos’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Vivian has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. She has extensive experience in developing software for the financial industry as a principal in a company she co-founded. Vivian has also managed an outdoor-living construction company and worked as a travel agent. She was responsible for Community Engagement and Volunteer Management at a local food bank.
Carlos has earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. He was a Managing Director of Technology at a large bank, leading numerous professionals worldwide. Carlos was a co-founder in a software company specializing in the financial markets. He has experience as a project leader with residential luxury home construction and managed an outdoor-living construction company.
Vivian and Carlos have been married for 35 years. They have been successful partners in various business ventures and enjoy the satisfaction they bring to their clients and sharing their expertise with others. Vivian and Carlos enjoy making a difference in their clients’ lives.
