Greetings!
Premier Home Watch of Jupiter, of Jupiter, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Joe and Maureen Muttie are excited to finally be full-time Jupiter residents! Joe grew up in a military family, living all across the world before settling in coastal New Jersey. He recently retired from law enforcement in New Jersey after more than 34 years of service. Maureen was also born and raised at the Jersey Shore. She spent the last 13 years in government as a Municipal Clerk and Town Manager.
Prior to moving to Jupiter, Joe and Maureen owned rental properties in both New Jersey and Jupiter for the last several years. Jupiter recently became their primary residence after moving there permanently. The joys and worries associated with owning a newly renovated property—especially one left unattended for an extended period of time—is ultimately what led them to join the National Home Watch Association and become trained.
Joe and Maureen have both earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and have graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, adding them to the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Joe and Maureen’s commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.
Joe and Maureen look forward to bringing to their customers’ homes the same level of care and attention they give to their own.
In their free time, Joe and Maureen enjoy fishing, scuba diving, and the unparalleled beaches of Jupiter. They have a son who graduated from Cornell and Harvard Universities.
