Premier Home Watch of Southwest Florida of Naples, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Greetings!

Premier Home Watch of Southwest Florida of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owner Tiffany Wilson was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, and moved to Florida in 2016, where she is a full-time resident of Naples. She played college basketball in Colorado, where she graduated with an Associate’s degree. Then, after graduating from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Pueblo Community College and earning her certification, Tiffany interned in Houston, Texas, and landed her first job working with children with sensory processing issues and their families. After the owner of the company passed away and the company closed, Tiffany made the decision to pursue another opportunity in Florida, rebuilding homes and people’s lives after a catastrophe.

Tiffany then worked for a construction and roofing firm, inspecting homes after natural disasters and overseeing the rebuilding of the homes, working with homeowners and tradespeople. This work led Tiffany to realize that she could continue helping people with a Home Watch business, especially after Hurricanes Matthew and Irma.

Tiffany’s goal is to have reliable, resourceful and responsive communication with her clients. She believes that Premier Home Watch of Southwest Florida is another avenue she can take to help as many people as possible. By providing routine Home Watch inspections, she identifies problems and issues, as well as facilitating an easy way for the problem to be fixed. She deals with handyman services, subcontractors, and getting multiple bids to provide the best service, hurricane preparation, and clean-up.

Tiffany recently obtained the NHWA’s Certfiied Home Watch Professional designation and completed training with the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp.
