In 2014, Owner Jim Melberg created Private Eyes Home Watch with the belief that having a professional Home Watch service taking care of your home in Florida is a must.
Jim comes from a service-industry background. He takes pride in providing the extra time to do things the right way and to be dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Jim’s goal is to make his clients’ lives easier and stress-free, so that when they visit their piece of paradise in sunny Florida, it will be just as they left it—or even a little better!
