Promax Property Services of Peoria, AZ, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Owners Stan and Magdalena Fit pride themselves on building long-term relationships and maintaining trust with their clients. They moved to Arizona in 2004, and in 2009 they settled in the North Peoria area. They have been homeowners and have managed several investment properties over the years. Stan and Magdalena both come from families that have owned and operated businesses, so they understand how to cater to their clients who put trust into their hands. They established Promax Property Services in 2017.
In the past year, Stan and Magdalena have acquired Home Check One and TLC Homewatch and have incorporated them into Promax Property Services.
Stan has over 20 years of experience in all types of property maintenance and repair, including operating and maintaining a family-owned, 45-room motel property in Colorado. As a home remodeler, landlord, and property manager, performing residential and commercial maintenance and repairs, he can spot minor issues very quickly before they can become catastrophic. Magdalena is a licensed real estate broker and has a BBA in management and marketing. Stan and Magdalena believe that it is the little things that make them unique.
Stan has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional. The CHWP designation shows his commitment to providing excellent service for his clients.
