Properti Home Concierge of Baroda, Michigan, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.  

Owners Brianne and Joshua Schmidke believe that the overwhelming tasks of upkeep on a second home or vacation property can rob you of enjoying your home the way you intended.

That’s where Properti delivers intangible care to its clients. 

Brianne, “Chief Experience Officer,” found her passion for creating memorable experiences and being in service to others early in her career. Some of the most exciting experiences she created were on kitchen sets for celebrity chefs and influencers at elite food and wine festivals throughout the country. Brianne also planned corporate meetings and incentive trips with team-building activities, excursions, and catering. She helped to open a luxury hotel where they pioneered an entire floor that catered to women and welcomed guests by rooftop helipad.

While these experiences helped build relationships and Brianne’s career, they often prevented her from being present with her family. She knew she was missing out on important moments. So, Brianne and Joshua decided to get time back for themselves and their family. They invested in a lake cottage, but relaxing getaway they intended to bring on family time brought chores and challenges. Properti Home Concierge was born out of purpose to serve those who also share the desire to push “pause” and enjoy more meaningful time.

Joshua’s passion is in the detail and quality that he came to appreciate while growing up on jobsites, securing his Journeyman license in plumbing, and working alongside skilled carpenters and contractors. He established his own construction and contracting company in 2001, and since that time, building a lifestyle for clients has been an exciting and very personal experience for him.

With a combination of custom home construction and hospitality experience, Brianne and Josh have built relationships in southwest Michigan for over 20 years. The businesses and specialists they hire are chosen for their professionalism, service, and attention to detail.

Properti provides full home management (except for finding tenants and handling rentals) and are obsessed with delivering on their promise to homeowners.
