Property Watch of Mesa, AZ, earns 11th-Year accreditation from the NHWA!

Bob Hunt

Property Watch of Mesa, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the 11th year.

Bob and Beth Hunt became NHWA Accredited Members 11 years ago. They were part of the Arizona contingent to come to Myrtle Beach to attend our North American Conferences held here, and I have been lucky enough to spend time with them many times since then. Bob served on our Best Practices committee in 2015 and 2016. They are active with our Arizona NHWA Chapter, even hosting meetings at their home. In fact, when my wife, Marina, and I got married in Las Vegas five years ago, Bob and Beth hosted a Chapter meeting which also doubled as a bit of a celebration of our marriage. Marina and I have great memories of that day.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Bob earned a degree in accounting and finance. He began a new career in real estate close to 30 years ago, becoming a licensed broker and property manager. Watching his area grow (and selling homes) to several US and Canadian snowbirds moving to the area, Bob and Beth saw a major need – and opportunity to start a professional Home Watch business, so they did. Property Watch’s key philosophy has always been top-notch responsive customer service and to treat all people with respect and dignity.

Married for over 50 years, Bob and Beth moved to Arizona forty plus years ago, where they raised their two boys. Their family now includes three grandsons, whom they enjoy spending time with. They recently moved into a new adult community where they are living the dream and enjoying a very active lifestyle.

Property Watch serves Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, City of Maricopa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Bob can be reached on his cell phone, at (602) 620-3819 or at bobh@usapropertywatch.com. Learn more from his website, at www.usapropertywatch.com

Congratulations, Bob!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber
Executive Director
