Property Watch of Mesa, AZ, earns sixth-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director
Greetings!
Property Watch of Mesa, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the sixth year.
Owner Bob Hunt’s key philosophy has always been top-notch customer service and to treat all people with respect and dignity.
Property Watch provides Home Watch services for second homes and vacation rental homes. They have a large number of Canadian clients, who would recommend Property Watch to their friends who were vacation homeowners and needed someone to perform Home Watch checks on their vacant homes or assist them in some aspects of vacation rentals. Bob’s original customer base of 10 Home Watch clients has grown exponentially in the years since he has operated Property Watch.
Bob graduated from the University of Florida in 1975, with a degree in accounting/finance. He is a licensed Arizona real estate broker who has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate arena. He and Beth have been married for over 47 years and moved to Arizona more than 40 years ago. They have two children and three amazing grandsons, with whom they hang out whenever possible. Bob lives an active lifestyle, full of sports and outdoor activities, and he spends quality time with his family.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Bob and his lovely wife, Beth, for six years. We had the opportunity to see Bob once again at the NHWA’s 2019 North American Conference in May, and I caught up with him and Beth at the NHWA’s Arizona Chapter meeting last week.
