Proxy Home Watch of Asheville, NC, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Owner Jamie Gilpin has had a career focused on taking care of high-net-worth individuals’ assets and time. Jamie was drawn to Home Watch because it was the perfect marriage of his professional expertise, local connections, and personal interests. An Asheville native (Enka High class of 1991), he is perfectly placed to lead the Proxy team of five home managers for Home Watch in the region.
After going through his own custom home build, building another small business, and learning about local Home Watch opportunities, selecting the profession was an easy step. Jamie and his team specialize in Home Watch and concierge services for second homeowners of high-end residential real estate in Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. The focus since the company’s founding in 2006 has been on unoccupied homes not used as rentals, with a current portfolio valuing over $140 million in the aggregate and growing.
Jamie is very excited to continue the growth of his team and services to the growing greater Asheville region.
