Realtime Home Watch of Jupiter, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
CEO Beth White has been in property management for 30 years, managing commercial and residential real estate. Alexa Schuck is Director of Home Watch. Derek Nicol is the Home Watch expert, first responder, and a man of all trades.
Realtime Home Watch’s team will care for your home as if it was their own. They strive to follow their slogan, “Strong. Committed. Ready.” to emphasize the fact they are confident, enthusiastic, and well equipped to serve their community.
Realtime Home Watch is the newest division of an expanding property management company in South Florida, working with residential and commercial properties. Many of the residents are snowbirds who come to Florida in the cold-weather months but go back up North during the warm weather. A lot of these residents call in asking for someone to go check in on their homes while they are not in residence, and that’s how Realtime Home Watch came to be.
Realtime Watch is a way for seasonal homeowners, travelers, or those who want extra care for their property to get it.
