Red Mountain TLC Home Watch of Mesa, AZ, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Greetings!

Red Mountain TLC Home Watch of Mesa, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year.

Through research and time spent living in Mountain Bridge, owners Kim Roberts and Bo Garcia realized that a Home Watch business was needed to keep their neighbors’ properties protected. As Kim and Bo began their due diligence to start their business, they realized that several of the communities in Mesa and surrounding areas of Tempe, Chandler, Apache Junction, and Gilbert had many second homes for winter visitors.

Kim and Bo have lived in Arizona for more than 13 years and have lived in the communities of Queen Creek, Gilbert, and Mesa. They previously resided in California. Kim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Counseling from Cal State Northridge University and worked for 17 years in law enforcement. She has assisted many juveniles in getting back on the right path within society as productive individuals. Kim also traveled back and forth for work, from Phoenix to Los Angeles, weekly for 15 years. She has also been a Realtor for the last 10 years, so Kim knows the importance of investing in a home and taking pride of ownership by maintaining it.

Bo has extensive experience in electricity, maintenance, and handyman services, working in public works for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. He is passionate about and takes great pride in his trade. Bo is meticulous in doing the job right. He has experience in customer service and video surveillance. In his spare time, Bo plays the stand-up bass and has taken an interest in brewing his own beer.

Together, Kim and Bo take pride in their integrity and loyalty. Both are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Both Kim and Bo are empty-nesters and enjoy the outdoor life, going to the lake, and Latin salsa and smooth jazz music. In his spare time, Bo plays the stand-up bass and has taken an interest in brewing his own beer. They enjoy meeting new people.

I had the pleasure of seeing Kim and Bo at the NHWA’s Arizona Chapter meeting in October.
