Riggs Request of Lake Ozark, MO, earns Accredited Member status from the NHWA!

Phil Riggs and Kristen George

Riggs Request of Lake Ozark, Missouri, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Founders and owners Kristen George and Phil Riggs relocated from downtown Chicago in March of 2020 to spend two weeks at their favorite lake destination. At the time, Kristen was a meeting planner, producing multi-million-dollar trade shows and conferences. Phil is currently a director at an international trade association and previously served in the U.S. Navy.

The charm of the lake soon brought Kristen and Phil to live there full-time in the summer of 2020. Since they have three decades of lake memories on waterways across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri, it was an easy choice. Soon after they settled into their new home, Kristen and Phil saw how many unoccupied lake homes there were in the off-season. They learned from business owners, neighbors, and other community members about the damage that many homes incurred due to severe weather conditions—damage that might have been mitigated or avoided with a professional Home Watch provider.

Riggs Request believes Lake of the Ozarks homeowners deserve Home Watch options with legitimate business practices and reputable service. The company has been reviewed by Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau, and all company principals have passed background checks.

Whether providing a basic visual inspection of the home or additional homeowner services, Riggs Request strives to be an advocate for the homeowner. Their mission is to help homeowners maximize their memories while they’re here and give them peace of mind when they’re not.

Riggs Request serves the Village of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, Eldon, Camdenton, Sunrise Beach, Laurie, and all of the Lake of the Ozarks. They can be reached at (573) 873-6004 or kristen@riggsrequest.com. Learn more from their website, at www.riggsrequest.com.

Welcome, Kristen and Phil!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber
Executive Director
