Sand Dollar Property Management of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Kevin and Kimberly Johnson have been traveling back and forth from the “freezing cold of Michigan” to the Naples/Marco Island area since 2008. They established Sand Dollar Property Management to manage their investment properties. As time went on, Kevin and Kimberly realized they needed professional services to help check on their own properties when they were not in the area.
It was important to Kevin and Kimberly to receive first-class service, and it seemed there were not enough qualified Home Watch professionals in the area. Thus, they decided to start their own Home Watch company. With over 25 years in transportation and logistics, it just seemed to be a natural fit. Delivering white-glove service and meeting customers’ expectations is the heart of their business.
Kevin is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts him into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Kevin’s commitment to attention to detail and Home Watch excellence.
